Only what you give us voluntarily in the quote form or when you write to us: name, company, email address, phone number, country, product of interest, estimated volume and the message you write.

We do not collect sensitive data or data from minors, and we do not buy third-party databases.

• To answer your request and send you a quote.
• To contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp for commercial follow-up.
• To produce internal statistics of demand by product and market.
• To meet legal, accounting and customs obligations where applicable.

We do not use your data for purposes other than these, nor do we send you mass advertising you have not asked for.

We do not sell or transfer your data. Only the technical providers that keep the site and the email running have access to it:

• The hosting provider of the website and the admin panel.
• The email delivery services that pass your request to our team.

These providers may have servers outside Peru, so handling your data involves a cross-border transfer; in every case they only process it on our instructions.

We keep requests for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and for up to five (5) years after the last contact, a period that lets us handle claims and meet legal obligations. After that they are deleted.

Peruvian Law 29733 grants you the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection, as well as the rights to information and to withdraw consent.

To exercise them, write to comercial@fdoorganic.com stating your name, the right you are exercising and a document proving your identity. We will reply within the legal deadlines. If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you may turn to the National Authority for Personal Data Protection of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.

The site runs entirely over HTTPS and the admin panel is protected with restricted access credentials. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss or alteration of the information.

fdoorganic.com does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The contact page embeds a Google Maps map, which may set Google's own cookies when it loads; you can block them from your browser settings without affecting the rest of the site.

If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this same page and update the date in the header.
